• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple Sign In, we receive your Apple user identifier, email address (if you choose to share it), and display name.
• Conversations: Messages, prompts, and AI-generated responses created during your use of the Service.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, session duration, and model selections.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, browser type, and general location data derived from your IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including delivering AI-generated responses and managing your conversations.
• Process billing and manage your subscription through our payment provider.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
• Ensure security and prevent abuse of the platform.

3. Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• User projects run in isolated containers to prevent cross-user access.
• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
• We do not use your conversations or content to train AI models.
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Apple Sign In: Used for authentication. Apple's privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
• Stripe: Used for subscription billing and payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• AI Model Providers: We send your prompts to AI providers including Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and OpenAI (GPT) to generate responses. These providers process your prompts according to their respective API data policies and do not use API inputs for training.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export: Export your conversations and project data at any time through the application.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data and conversation history within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes. Billing records may be retained as required by applicable law.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
