Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Superlore Agent application and related services (the "Service") provided by Superlore AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Superlore Agent is an AI-powered platform that enables users to interact with AI agents for research, brainstorming, and content creation. The Service provides container-based isolated environments for each project and supports multiple AI models including those from Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Features include voice interaction, multi-model selection, and cross-device synchronization.

3. Accounts & Authentication

To use the Service, you must create an account using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and devices.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Tier: Access to basic features and select AI models with usage limits.
• Paid Plans: Access to premium AI models, higher usage limits, and additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@superlore.ai for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, or promotes violence.
• Abuse compute resources, including cryptocurrency mining, running denial-of-service attacks, or excessive automated requests.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or containers.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including prompts, conversations, and outputs. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Superlore AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate responses and content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and determining the suitability of any AI-generated content before using it for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Superlore AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked.
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
• Any active subscription will be canceled, and no further charges will be made.

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
